INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

Special Note:

Since opening registration for family camp, the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Amazingly, the camp lodge is now nearly close to full capacity! Please note, if you are planning to register, there are only a few rooms left on-site. These rooms will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. We will take down the links as soon as we know the rooms are filled, but there may be some who register for a room between the point of full capacity and when we can remove the links. If you would like to find out the status of the lodge capacity before registering, contact Jason Roddy by text: (864) 349-1870, or email: roddy.1@opc.org.

If you are unable to secure a room at the on-site lodge, and you want to come to family camp, not to worry! You can still register as a day-camper, and lodge off-site. We have partnered with two local hotels, which offer the very reasonable rate of $99 per night, for folks attending our event. Click here to learn more about this option.

Discounted Rates

Discounted rates are only available for OPC church members and regular attenders in congregations within the Presbytery of the Southeast. Once the subsidy funding has been exhausted, the rates will increase to full price.

To get the discounted rates, use the following code at checkout: PSEFC20.

Special Note: As of 5/4/26, all subsidy funds have now been depleted. All prices will now be the regular rate.

Online Registration

This year our committee became responsible for all the registration duties. Our online registration is quick and easy. The payment processing company charges a 3% fee for these transactions. This amount will be covered by our subsidy funds.

Space Availability / Lodging Options

There are a limited number of rooms for lodging on-site. Please register as soon as possible to secure your reservation. For those who are unable to secure on-site lodging, you can register as a day-camper and lodge at one of the local hotels, at a discounted rate. Those who own an RV, can also register as a day-camper and stay at one of the nearby RV parks.

Instructions for Latecomers and Partial Week Stays

For anyone planning to arrive at the camp later in the week and stay for only part of the time, they must contact Caraway by phone, and at least two weeks before camp, and register directly with them. They will be charged full price according to their age bracket, but will pay only for the days they stay and meals they eat.
